  1. even if you are not a fan of beets this salad is a still a must have. perfect play on beets. beet greens added a sharp bite while the apples softened the edge with their natural sweetness. Thanks Luke!!!

  2. there is no real way to describe this deconstructed pb&j except it was a ‘you had to be there moment’. the sound effects of 6 women indulging in this divinity could only be heard in a not so G rated flick.

  4. I am not a fan of beets, but Luke worked magic in the kitchen; I savored every last bite and wondered aloud if it would be impolite to lick my plate. He thoughtfully made a vegetarian option for the scallop dish. Every dish was created with careful consideration of texture, flavor and presentation (it was kind of like eating a Cezanne painting). The food made the evening extra fun. It was a four-star dinner in the comfort of Luke and Rachel’s home.
