Luke McLean is a Private Chef based out of Philadelphia. After completing the culinary program at ACA, Luke has devoted the majority of his culinary career as a personal and private chef, building a clientele list throughout Philadelphia and beyond.
Being able to work closely and intimately with clients is extremely important and creates a much more personal experience than a life behind closed doors in a restaurant kitchen.
In 2008, Luke created Sunday Suppers at Luke’s as an approach to bring friends and family together through food before the start of a busy workweek. It has also served as a platform to become more experimental and creative with cooking.
Luke describes his cooking as modern American with an emphasis on ingredients from around the Mediterranean. He believes in the importance of eating fresh, whole foods like fruits and vegetables and has much experience working with a wide array of dietary lifestyles and restrictions such as vegetarian, vegan, diabetic, kosher, gluten free, etc. He specializes in multi-course dinners and is always available for:
